  • shy：有蟑螂，一开始没相信评语，结果晚上真发现了，估计床底下看不见的地方会有更多蟑螂，卫生间里也有，被上也有尸体，害得晚上睡觉都没敢盖被！能对付一两天晚上的就去，要是连交通都不方便就没人去了！大清早，前台大妈一顿在走廊喊，真没素质！

  • 郁闷：理由1、该酒店现在促销，对外报价要比e龙低，按我住的房间，e龙报价186，酒店现在优惠价168 理由2、只是因为我比预计时间晚到，那么就不算我是e龙的客人，而且当时并未对我说明 过程：我到酒店后前台告诉我现在酒店有优惠，同样的房间可以168，问我是否可以取消e龙的预定，我拒绝，酒店就没再说什么，办理手续正常入住，退房日e龙来电核对我的入住情况，后经过沟通得知，因我超出预定时间入住，所以不按我是e龙会员。 综上所述，我认为该酒店有欺诈行为，而e龙也好不到哪去。现在导致我在e龙扣积分、消费券作废、酒店的优惠也未享受到。
